New Year… Another New Spot?

Happy Lunar New Year! The Pixie way is to turn every negative into something positive.

Manhattan is undergoing a transition to convert some commercial real estate into residential real estate. In December of last year, we received a 6-month termination notice for our space in Hell’s Kitchen. Therefore, we have to move out by the end of June. While looking for a replacement, we felt discouraged. Commercial real estate got more expensive. Many locations that fit our aesthetic were out of our budget. Our business also isn't a quiet one, so many landlords were uninterested in renting their space to us. However, we did not give up and eventually signed for a space in NoMad on Lunar New Year. The space is bigger, the ceiling is higher, the location has more convenient, and the building has security. We are excited!

The space will not be ready until the landlord has completed their portion of the buildout. After that is done, we have to transport our equipment from Hell's Kitchen to NoMad and then install all of the poles.
