  • TBD — we cannot guarantee that there will be aerial. We will eventually test the ceiling quality. When we initially looked, pole capability had priority.

  • It depends! Our landlord has to first complete their agreed-upon buildout, and then we can set up poles, furniture, and more! Ideally, we'd officially open our relocation spot on June 1. If we open earlier, we will probably have a soft opening. Hopefully, Pixie Dust Pole will only be closed for 2 days maximum during the transition period from Hell’s Kitchen to NoMad.

    Update: After Home Depot lost our 1,600 sq ft of flooring, we ordered from Wayfair, and the product arrived on April 29. Once the flooring installation is complete, we will begin building furniture (e.g., lockers, desks, storage) and decorating. The furniture should be done before we transfer the poles so that the space is comfortable when you arrive. If you have a membership, we will extend your membership for however many days we needed to close to transfer poles.

  • No, prices for single passes and packages will not increase until perhaps the fall. When we increase prices, we try to give our current clientele a 2-week heads up.

  • Yes, pricing for memberships will increase because we will offer more. However, current members can enjoy all of the new perks without paying extra!

    • Students on monthly auto-renew may continue paying the same price as usual for 1 more year from price-change date

    • We give students a 2-week opportunity to buy memberships at the current price before we increase them

    • You’re welcome to buy a membership early and we can change the start date (but we will not advance more than 30 days for a monthly auto-renew, 60 days for a bi-annual, and 90 days for an annual)

    • When students’ current memberships expire, the new price will be in effect.

    Update: On May 15, our pricing (before taxes) will increase to the following

  • The following rates will increase due to more square footage and the addition of an extra pole:

    • Pole party without an instructor ($250 → $300) for up to 14 people, +$30 per additional person

    • Training rental for 1 person ($70 → $80), +$30 per additional person

    Rental for the Faerie Lounge is separate, but can be combined for a discounted rate:

    • $100/hr on its own for up to 5 people, 2 hr minimum, +$30 per additional person

    • +$75/hr add-on to pole parties

  • TBD but we’re thinking of putting 5 slots available to book per hour! The space can fit more, but we want to ensure those who book are comfortable.

    Update: Members can access the Faerie Lounge complimentary for 2 hours per day.
