Note on Our Policy

All prices listed on this page are before taxes. Please wait up to 48 hours for a response before contacting us again.

Cancellation, Re-credit, & Refund Policy

  • All Sales Final: To help us keep our small business running, all transactions are final unless we are unable to fulfill the scheduled service.

  • No Shows & Late Cancellations: Re-credits cannot be issued for missed classes or cancellations made less than 12 hours before class time.

  • Chargebacks: Please contact us directly with any issues. The "ALL TRANSACTIONS FINAL" policy is printed for each purchase option’s description. We do contest chargebacks with documentation of our terms.

  • Reschedule Fee: To return credits from no-shows of late cancellations, there is a $15 reschedule fee.

  • Reinstatement Fee: To extend an expired pass or package for 30 days, there is a $25 reinstatement fee.

Early Arrival

  • Our general waiting areas in each studio are for students in the next class.

  • Please arrive approximately 15 minutes before your class starts.

    • The maximum early-arrival time we can accommodate is 30 minutes, which is not guaranteed.

  • Exception

    • For Koreatown, members can arrive anytime the studio is open to wait or relax in the exclusive staff and members lounge area.

  • Improvement starts with repetition. 4-week series is typically choreography-based, where you learn new combinations and repeat them. Generally, the 1st class introduces a combo. The 2nd class introduces a new combo. The 3rd class combines the first two combos. The 4th class is filming (with your phone) at least 2 times in your best outfit!

    +$40 to upgrade to chains in any loops series

    FAQ

    Can I buy each session separately rather than all four?

    • If all poles or apparatus rigging points are taken, we do not open drop-in spots. You’d have to check day of the start of each series to see if there are drop-in spots.

    What if I miss 1 class?

    • You’d have to email to inform us within 7 days that you’ll miss a session so we can give you 1 complimentary play session that will expire by the next class.

    • You can ask the instructor to send a video on what was taught.

    What if I miss 2 classes?

    • The complimentary play is only given 1 time max per series.

    • No refunds. No transfer.

  • Specialized skills not often offered in usual group classes (Apparatus Class and Ground Class).

  • 1:1 with an instructor. Please note we do open 1-3 play session spots at the same time as private lessons. You are welcome to pay an additional $15 to have the entire space to yourself and your instructor. You and your instructor will have at least 2 apparatus rigging points or 2 poles.
