We are Subtle Entertainment LLC

📜 General Rules

MINIMUM $3,000 to book
- 50% NONREFUNDABLE deposit required to secure performers, equipment, and manager(s)
- Full payment due by day of event
CONTRACT required with deposit
Additional fee for non-advanced booking
- Within 7 days of the event: 10% fee
- Within 3 days of the event: 20% fee
- Within 24 hours of the event: 30% fee
Complimentary
- Set up 1 hr prior to event
  - See “30-minute waiting time” bullet point if you need our team to arrive earlier
- Travel within 5 miles of a Pixie Dust studio and within Manhattan, Queens, and Brooklyn (see Transportation section below)
- 30-minute waiting time
  - For example, if the first set is scheduled for 8:00pm and the client asks to start at 8:30pm
  - Additional fee beyond 30 minutes: $100/hr (round up to the nearest half hour)
    - For example, if the first set is scheduled for 8:00pm and the client asks to start at 9:50pm, then there will be an additional $50 charge
  - This includes waiting time to clean up
Due date for additional fee(s) or extra set(s) onsite (see Performance Rates section below)
- Within 72 hours of event conclusion

🕺 Performance Aerial/Pole Rates

Professional (≥ 25 paid performances within the last 300 days)
- Solo choreographed athletic 4-7 minute performance set $750-$1,000
- Solo ambient (elevated posing, simple flows) 10-to-15 minute performance set $350-$450
- Duo choreographed athletic 4-7 minute performance set $1,500-$2,500
Student (<24 paid performances within the last 300 days)
- Solo choreographed athletic 4-7 minute performance set $400-$600
- Solo ambient (elevated posing, simple flows) 10-to-15 minute performance set $200-300
- Duo choreographed athletic 4-7 minute performance set $800-$1,200
Included in Rates
- Stage manager
- Onsite visit (as needed)
  - Additional fee for travel beyond the complimentary limit
- Equipment
  - Excluding ladder
    - Either client or venue has to provide
    - If the venue is greater than 15 ft, client is required to rent a lift unless client wants to opt for the standalone aerial rig, stage pole, or lollipop

🚗 Transportation

Complimentary
- Travel within 5 miles of a Pixie Dust studio and within Manhattan, Queens, and Brooklyn
Beyond
- All tolls and estimated drive time $50/hr

🏨 Lodging

Not required
- Single-day events that are located within 2 hr by car if team leaves by 11:00pm
- Single-day events that are located within 3 hr by car if team leaves by 10:00pm
- Events (single or multiple days) within 1 hr by public transportation
Required
- Single-day events that are located 2 hr by car if the event ends after 11:00pm
- Events (single or multiple days) at least 2 hr by car or public transportation

🕐 Refund Policy

We have a strict no-refund and no partial-refund policy
- Once services have been completed, there is no refund unless we were unable to provide any agreed-upon service
- The deposit is absolutely NONREFUNDABLE
- However, you can reschedule (see below)
Rescheduling is possible
- Complimentary: 30-days notice
- Fees for shorter notice
  - 15-to-29 days notice: $100
  - 7-to-14 days notice: $200
  - 3-to-6 days notice: $300
  - 1-2 day(s) notice: $400
  - Within 23 hr notice: $500

📸 Photos

We have a roster of photographers you can hire for your event ranging from $500-3,500

👕 Outfits

We have a closet of outfits to choose from
- Provide the theme to narrow down choices
Should you require an outfit that we do not yet possess, there is an additional fee

💸 Tips

Tips are not required, but always appreciated 💖

All sales FINAL. Any chargebacks initiated through the bank WILL result in Subtle Entertainment LLC providing the bank with this webpage and signed contract. Please respect small businesses.
