  • $500 fee to transport equipment from Bryant Park to Hell’s Kitchen, unless you request hammock ($50 fee to switch out poles)

💳 Booking & Payment

• Parties under $500 must be paid in full to book

• Parties over $500 require a 50% nonrefundable deposit

  • Remaining balance must be paid before the party can begin

  • May also pay in full to book

• No refunds under any circumstances

👯‍♀️ How many people can join?

• We have 5 rigging points

• Your estimate includes 10 participants and 1 generic apparatus

• $30 per additional person beyond 10

• $30 per additional generic apparatus

• $60 per funky apparatus

• Beginner-friendly — no experience required!

📅 Rescheduling & Class Replacement Fees

Rescheduling:

• $15 to reschedule with 7+ days notice

• $30 to reschedule within 7 days

• Must pay the difference if replacing classes

If your party replaces a regular class:

• $30 per class – Unbooked classes on weekdays (Mon–Fri) before 6:00 PM

• $60 per class – Booked classes on weekdays before 6:00 PM

• $60 per class – Unbooked classes on weekdays after 6:00 PM or anytime weekends

• $90 per class – Booked classes on weekdays after 6:00 PM or anytime weekends

These fees will be added to your total if applicable

🕐 Arrival & Time Limits

• Arrive 15 minutes early (for decorating, changing, etc.) to ensure everyone signs the waiver and the warm up can start on time

• Want extra time? Add $75 per 15 minutes, if staff is available

  Please note: staff may not always be able to stay longer

🍾 Can we bring drinks?

• Light champagne or celebratory drinks are allowed

• Please wait until toward the end of the party to enjoy them

• Keep it light and safe — this is a physical activity!

🎉 What’s Included in the Party?

• Fun warm-up (7-10 min)

• Short, beginner-friendly choreography (~30 min)

• Time for photos and celebrating (~10 min)

• If you hire an instructor but book a 2-hour party, there will only be instruction in the 1st hour

📸 Photos & Videos

• You’re welcome to take your own personal photos/videos

• We’re happy to help take group photos!

• We can book a professional photographer for you for $200/hour and 5 edits per hour

  • Additional $25 for more edits

👕 What Should We Wear?

• Leggings + T-shirt recommended (cover as much as possible)

• Go barefoot or wear socks

• No shoes worn outside are allowed in the studio

🧴 Can We Use Lotion or Oil?

• Do NOT use lotion or oil within 24 hours of your party

💸 Tips

• Tips are not required, but always appreciated by our instructors 💖
